HOW TO MAKE CHANGES ON THE TEMPLATE

• You need Microsoft Word 2007 or up to open and edit this template.
• Enter desired text into the template text boxes. If you would like to keep the exact formatting then make sure to do one line/paragraph at a time.
• Insert images to replace sample images, adjust the size of image as you desire.
• Save as .pdf for a highly professional online application, print at home or take to your local printer.

WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE ON THE TEMPLATE

• All Text – text is placed within text boxes. Just click into the text box and change the sample text to your desired wording.
• All Fonts in Text Box – click into the text box, you can change font size, color, or change to a different font you like.
• Sample images & Demo Boxes – image box can be shown by clicking on the sample images/boxes, then you can delete, move those images/boxes and replace with your own images by inserting them saved in your computer (insert > pictures).
• Text Wrapping - when insert your own images into this template, you may need to adjust ‘Text Wrapping’ as ‘In Front of Text’ to make your inserted images overlaying one another, or on top of other images or background.
• Text boxes can be moved or deleted.
• Sample images & Demo Boxes can be moved, deleted, or change to different colors.

• Overall layout of the template
• Theme color of the template
• Social media icons, color, and name fonts
• Contact icon and color
• Fonts, boxes, shapes, and images as a part of theme and graphic design.
