OUR WORKING PROCESS
- After placing your order, you will be required to complete an online form for the information needed to get started.
- The access to the online Form is provided in the ‘Service Guide’ sent to you via the Order Confirmation Email.
- We will work on your requests once receiving the necessary information.
- The majority of updates and changes are completed on the same day or within 24-72 hours. It will take longer time to get complex updates or larger tasks done. This will be discussed when we get the tasks.
